It’s made up of discharging hopper with customized capacity , reducer , hopper valve, screw conveyor, open and close mechanism and driving part, establishment of light track in the feeder distance, arc supporting plate steel die arranged beside the track; feeding machine is saving labor in cement pole production equipment ,and is key equipment of improve production efficiency.
Product Characteristics
This fully automatic concrete pole feeding machine is made up of walking device, material system, gas path and electrical control, etc. walking device adopts the groove track to avoid the scattered stones, transmission device adopts chain drive to avoid belt wheel slippage; And equipped with a screw feeding device, we can according to requirement to left and right operation request configuration ,and also can configure the wireless remote control, realize remote wireless remote control, pole production lines to save labor intensity and production efficiency of the key equipment .
Operation Instructions
When the concrete is filled in after feeding machine, start feeding machine walking motor, feeding machine walking along the track, operation of the motor, reversing switch to control feeding machine walking direction. Feeding is controlled by the hopper gate handle, and will press down the handle, open the floodgates, concrete material through the hopper gate into pole mold, the greater the pressure, concrete falling faster.
Cement Pole Raw Materials Requirements
1. Cement
1.1 Cement is best adopt Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fast hardening Portland cement, sulfate Portland cement. Its performance should be in accordance with the provisions of GB 175 and GB 748. Pole production for cement strength grade:
a）Pre-stressed concrete pole with cement strength grade should not be less than 42.5;
b）Reinforced concrete pole with cement strength grade should not be less than 32.5.
2. Fine Aggregate
Fine aggregate adopt solenoid coarse sand, and the fineness modulus should be 2.3~3.2, cement quantity should be no more than 2%. When the concrete strength grade is C60 and above , fineness modulus best is greater than 2.6, cement quantity should be less than 1% , clod quantity is 0 , Chlorine ion content should be no more than 0.01%, sulfide and sulfate content should be no more than 0.5%; other indicators should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 14684.
3 .Coarse Aggregate
Coarse aggregate is adopt gravel and pebbles, cement quantity less than 1% , The maximum particle size of the gravel should be no more than 3/4 of the 1/2 wall thickness or the minimum spacing of the reinforcement. When the concrete strength grade for C60 and above, the gravel particle size should be less than 25mm, the content of flat and elongated particles should be less than 5%, mud content should be less than 0.5%, the clay content is 0, before use should be screening and washing, the requirements shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB / T 14685.
4. Water
Concrete water should be used water and clean natural water, shall not contain cement affect the normal setting, hardening of the harmful impurities and oil stains and should be in accordance with the provisions of JGJ 63.
